S-NET Communications, a leader in cloud-based business communications and networking services is searching for a current Marketing Communication Manager who is ready to continue to grow in a marketing role. You want to create and execute a diverse range of marketing initiatives, learn new skills, develop a more complete marketing team, be mentored by an experienced CMO, and over time grow into that CMO role.

The Marketing Communication Director will work with S-NET’s fractional CMO to plan, develop and execute product marketing, sales enablement, lead generation, public relations, and brand marketing programs. The current Director role will require hands-on work across a variety of marketing disciplines and over time move more to a strategic, consultative, leadership role as you grow the department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct market and competitor research for the brand and our products.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to develop product positioning & competitive analysis.
  • Develop marketing strategies for S-NET’s portfolio of products and services.
  • Write (and in some cases manage outside agency to write) high quality content, product marketing documents and sales enablement materials, including web site copy, marketing emails, social media content, brochures, spec sheets, presentation decks, battlecards, case studies and more.
  • Develop and manage Sales outreach campaigns for multiple stakeholders and industries, including providing messaging support to outsourced BDR agencies.
  • Develop successful strategies and campaigns that attract new customers, nurture leads, keep current clients and engage channel partners.
  • Manage the S-NET Channel Partner Portal and ensure that all partner resources are complete, up to date, and meet partner needs.
  • Manage and execute email marketing, print/online media, social media, and paid search campaigns to drive sales of S-NET’s cloud communications and networking services.
  • Create/manage Hubspot CRM processes and workflows to ensure efficient lead distribution, management, and nurturing.
  • Manage marketing budget and report on success metrics to CMO, CEO and company leadership.
  • Coordinate event and tradeshow participation.
  • Manage freelancers, agencies and one employee.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • 7+ years of Marketing experience.
  • 3+ years of Marketing management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in the cloud communications or software as a service industry.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, editing and presentation skills.
  • Proven skills at customer and persona segmentation and writing appropriate messaging tailored to those segments.
  • The ability to understand and translate complex technology concepts and topics into simple content pieces.
  • A drive for accuracy and the willingness to double-check information.
  • Ability to work with sensitive stakeholders and confidential information.
  • Exceptional detail orientation – the ability to take responsibility for the quality of work completed by an employee, freelancer, or agency.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to create new processes to keep projects efficient, organized and deadlines met. The ability to assess project loads, provide accurate completion timelines and manage expectations.

Position Overview:

Under general supervision, in an in-bound call center environment, Service Desk Technician will provide network and VoIP problem resolution to customers by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions. Solutions include, but are not limited to, troubleshooting IP phone registrations and call quality issues, troubleshooting internet connectivity and NAT issues, resetting voicemail passwords, verifying proper hardware and software set up. Support to customers will be provided by clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner.

Service Desk Technician will also be responsible for hardware inventory management used for customer deployments and RMA orders, occasionally communicate with company field technicians during customer installations or service calls.

Duties and Tasks/Essential Function:

  • Provide first level customer support for network and VoIP related issues and outages.
  • Maintain VoIP and network hardware inventory. Ensure product stock is adequate for new deployments and RMA orders.
  • Process RMA orders.
  • Accurately process and record call transactions using designated ticketing system software. Ensure tickets are handled in a timely manner.
  • Gather customer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms.
  • Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where applicable.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity.
  • Monitor network outages using network monitoring tools.
  • Report circuit and VoIP related issues to upstream carriers.
  • Monitor IP PBX server infrastructure.
  • Interact with company’s field network engineers as remote technical support.
  • Participate in on-call rotation schedule.

Skill and Knowledge Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organization, time management and follow-up skills
  • Proper phone etiquette; demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar
  • Self-starter, professional, resolution oriented, demonstrates initiative, resourcefulness, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft desktop applications and Windows operating systems
  • Knowledge of or ability to learn relevant software computer applications and equipment

SALES ENABLEMENT MANAGER

The Sales Enablement Manager (SEM) will orchestrate a cohesive strategy across marketing, partner channels, business development, and sales. They have expertise and passion to build and execute an enablement strategy while implementing through to scale. Success includes creating processes and tools that identify, attract, and acquire new partners and customers.

 ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish a Sales Enablement function, developing best practices internally to capture marketplace-share and perfecting the entire S-NET customer journey.
  • Drive Results: Balance a long-term, integrated perspective while also striving to drive short-term month to month results.
  • Top-level ownership of the sales pipeline in HubSpot and internal sales enablement technologies and its effective use to drive revenue efficiencies.
  • Create the process of managing and organizing content so the sales and marketing teams can easily access and utilize it ensuring customer-focused, engaging content.
  • Provide effective onboarding and training programs for direct sales reps and channel account executives.
  • Maintain sales enablement software to ensure it is easily accessible and providing the capabilities sellers need.
  • Support the sales team with high quality marketing assets throughout the customer buy-cycle thought leadership content, website, collateral, videos, case studies, etc.
  • Establish an Account Based Marketing strategy in coordination with sales that targets new business in the highest value prospects and growth in current customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5-7+ years of hands-on sales enablement experience in building and deploying in the UCaaS sector.
  • Track-record of developing and quickly scaling, a high-performance sales enablement framework, initiatives, and results.
  • Proven experience working with multi-functional departments including direct sales, partner channels, marketing, sales ops, and product teams.
  • Proven ability to recommend technology solutions that drive greater revenue efficiencies and are in alignment with our sales organization, channel partners, customers, and company.
  • Proven work experience in prime revenue-facing teams, sales support, partner enablement, sales enablement, or sales training roles.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of the best methodologies, practices, and technologies leveraged across these areas.
  • Tech savvy track -record selecting and successfully deploying sales enablement tools designed to support the sales and partner channels to make their jobs easier.
  • Data-Driven- Experience in data-driven tracking and measuring the outcomes of these initiatives to maximize the success of future efforts.
  • Measurable accomplishments in making a positive business impact (e.g., proven experience in meeting quotas, improving sales cycle, etc.)
